Shelter Plus Care
For people who are homeless and have a disability, our Shelter Plus Care program helps provide both housing and support services.

To be eligible, the head of the household must be experiencing homelessness, be an adult with a permanent disability, and be referred through our community's Coordinated Entry systems.
